Lilian Wanjiku

Lilian Wanjiku joined Synapse in May 2023 as an Operations Manager. She oversees the coordination of operations activities and evaluates project procedures to identify areas of improvement. Lilian works closely with different teams to ensure the success of internal initiatives.

Prior to joining Synapse, Lilian worked at Valley Solar as an Operations Manager where she played a pivotal role in overseeing the development of an efficient operations team as the company grew. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for renewable energy, she ensured the seamless operation of day-to-day project development. Her leadership skills and collaborative approach fostered strong internal and external business relationships within the industry. She has a deep enthusiasm for renewable energy.  

Lilian received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Criminal Justice from Mount. Ida College.
