Synapse Celebrates 20th Anniversary

May 11, 2016

Synapse families and friends gathered at the Cambridge Boat Club on Friday, May 6th to celebrate two decades of improving energy planning. In a brief but heartfelt speech, Founder and CEO Bruce Biewald thanked those in attendance for the hard work and integrity that has stewarded Synapse’s growth. Principal Associate and long-time Synapster Paul Peterson followed with a few words on how he has thrived in Synapse’s collaborative, non-bureaucratic culture. Associate Pat Knight concluded the program with a self-described “nerdy” confession that he wakes up (almost) every day excited to come to work. All three expressed gratitude for the intellectual challenges, dedicated colleagues, and meaningful work they find at Synapse.

As the celebration continued, guests shared delicious grub and fond memories while the Duppy Conquerors, Boston’s premiere Bob Marley tribute band, provided the soundtrack. (Check them out at http://duppyconquerors.com!)

Thanks to all who have supported Synapse over the past 20 years, and here’s to another 20!
