Synapse supported Consumers Council of Missouri with testimony outlining the benefits available to Missouri ratepayers and communities if Ameren Missouri takes advantage of federal funding and recommending that Ameren pursue these opportunities and maximize the resulting ratepayer benefits. The parties in the case reached a settlement agreement on reporting requirements for Ameren's federal funding applications and usage, thanks in part to Synapse testimony.
