Aunjoli Das joined Synapse in July 2026 as a Proposal Coordinator, supporting the development, coordination, and submission of project proposals across the firm.
Prior to joining Synapse, Aunjoli worked at Tree Boston (formerly Speak for the Trees), as their Development and Community Specialist. In that role, she coordinated grant and sponsorship proposals and led external communications, including the organizational newsletter and the rebrand to “Tree Boston.” She previously served as Tree Boston's Community and Events Coordinator, planning and executing community and corporate volunteer and fundraising events.
Earlier in her career, Aunjoli worked as a Research Intern in Northeastern University's Aron Stubbins Lab, a Program Development Assistant with the MIT Energy Initiative, and a MassCEC Intern with Climable. In these roles, she researched clean energy and environmental justice issues.
Aunjoli holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Sustainability Sciences, both from Northeastern University.
