On behalf of the Maryland Office of People’s Counsel (OPC), Synapse conducted analysis of the implications of potential greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction targets for the buildings sector and gas utilities. Synapse developed a whitepaper that lays the groundwork for OPC’s evaluation of interconnected issues regarding decarbonization in the building sector, electrification, and the future of gas utilities in Maryland.
