Elspeth McGarvey

Elspeth McGarvey joined Synapse with experience in energy modeling and data analysis. Elspeth previously worked at MISO, focusing on the MISO-wide regional resource assessment, forward accreditation modeling, and accreditation reform. Her work at MISO focused on the integration of capacity expansion and resource adequacy modeling. Prior to MISO, Elspeth worked at ACES Power Marketing working on probabilistic portfolio modeling to support hedging strategies for rural electric cooperatives, spanning most US markets.
