Emma Belabbes joined Synapse in 2021. 

She currently works as a Project Analyst where she is responsible for supporting project-based revenue generation by ensuring accurate billing, efficient project setup, and effective contract management. She provides operational support throughout the project lifecycle from proposals to project close, such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation. She also plays a key role in project accounting where she handles complicated invoicing, supports the process for reporting on unbilled and budget overruns, and other financial reporting for the success of the company. 

In her previous role as Executive Assistant, she supported the CEO and SVP by providing comprehensive management duties such as calendar management, troubleshooting office operations, and assisting on special projects. She also served as a liaison between consultants to maintain continuous communication across teams.

Emma has previously worked as a training specialist as Whole Foods Market where she coordinated trainings across all departments. Additionally, Emma interned at the U.S Commercial Service office in Boston, where she supported the director by managing inquiries from exporters regarding trade assistance, conducting market research and handling client meetings.

Emma received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simmons University.
