Project completed.
The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board retained Synapse to provide technical assistance in the first phase of a multipart rate design proceeding aimed at overhauling, rationalizing, and modernizing rate class and rate design in the province. Synapse authored a technical report for the Board covering many facets of NB Power's proposal. Ben Havumaki appeared at the hearing and sat for cross examination.
