Liquefied Natural Gas Application in Wisconsin

Synapse addressed Wisconsin Electric Power Company - Gas Operations’ (WE-GO) application for a Certificate of Authority to construct a new liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility. Synapse addressed a requirement in Wisconsin that such a facility cannot add to customer costs without proportionate value.
