Ongoing Demand Side Management Support in Nova Scotia

In 2023 and 2024, Synapse provided technical consulting services to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (NS UARB) on demand-side management (DSM) issues. These services included developing comments on benefit-cost analysis, avoided costs, the standardized filing framework, and modeling of the 2026–2030 DSM Plan for filing with the DSM Advisory Group.
