Synapse assisted ACEEE with their clean energy plans for several U.S. states by developing avoided cost values as well as fuel costs and utility investments. Synapse assisted in the development of clean energy plans for North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Missouri, and Arkansas.
