The New Mexico Office of the Attorney General retained Synapse to review the Public Service Company of New Mexico’s Application for Approval of its 2024–2026 Energy Efficiency and Load Management Plan and provide recommendations to the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission. Synapse reviewed the filing and assessed whether it was in the interest of the residential and small business customers and in the public interest of the state of New Mexico. The purpose of Synapse’s testimony was to provide a summary of key findings and recommendations for improvement.
