Resilience Planning in New Orleans

Synapse provided the Alliance for Affordable Energy with strategic and analytical support on New Orleans City Council’s proceeding to develop a system resiliency and storm hardening plan (Council Docket UD-21-03). Entergy New Orleans and Together New Orleans proposed Resilience Plans within this docket. Synapse assessed and commented on the two proposals, which include transmission system, distribution system, and distributed energy resource investments.
