Ruby Aidun

Ruby Aidun conducts research and analysis on a variety of energy sector topics. Her work involves quantitative and qualitative research and analysis on subjects such as technology costs, resource adequacy, and resource development. Ruby has assisted in testimony development focused on resource planning in Virginia, South Carolina, Louisiana, Michigan, and Nevada. 

Prior to joining Synapse, Ruby completed her master’s degree in Technology and Policy from MIT. Her thesis research examined energy storage deployment policies and Capacity Market design. She also holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Columbia University.
