Synapse assisted OCC with its participation in a Public Utilities Regulatory Authority led proceeding to improve Rate Adjustment Mechanism (RAM) allocation practices and other RAM-related issues - including the timing of rider rate updates and the means for establishing these rates (forecast, et al.) to mitigate rate shock and support other rate design and regulatory goals.
