Synapse provided the Maryland Office of People's Counsel (OPC) with technical support related to the future of gas utility service in the state in case 9707.
Specifically, Synapse provided the OPC with input and assistance regarding the August 2024 hearing and OPC's May 6, 2025 process letter in that case. In addition, Synapse provided research and analysis to support OPC’s participation in the Alternative Fuels and Technologies Working Group and regarding WGL’s gas heat pump pilot. Project completed July 2025.
