Vermont Emissions Analysis

Synapse assisted Conservation Law Foundation with analysis and estimation of Vermont greenhouse gas emissions. This included critique of Vermont agencies' use of the LEAP model to project emissions, as well as developing an accelerated estimate of Vermont's calendar year 2024 emissions based on available data.
