Synapse assisted the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) and the Office of the Attorney General with regulatory filings and analysis regarding Pepco's time-of-use rates, capital spending, and multi-year rate plans. We also supported the DOEE with an analysis of the drivers behind increased electricity costs in DC.
