Dr. Asa Hopkins provided testimony in Washington Gas LIght's 2022-23 rate case on behalf of the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General and Department of Energy and Environment. His testimony addressed WGL's proposals to take several small actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and to establish a cost-recovery structure for the costs of similar she expenditures in the future.
