Synapse assisted The Utility Reform Network (TURN) with assessment and analysis of Pacific Gas and Electric's (PG&E's) Wildfire Mitigation Plan. In particular, Synapse supported TURN's critiques of PG&E's risk modeling approach and its characterization of "high risk" circuits, which used a flawed methodology. In addition, Synapse assessed PG&E's proposed undergrounding program, noting that it was not targeted at the highest risk locations.
